About the artwork
Dutch photographer Dana Lixenberg often points her lens on communities that tend to be overlooked by society. For one of her projects, she photographed people staying at the Haven House Shelter in Jefferson (United States). One of them was Sara Money. Lixenberg focuses on the woman’s expression and individuality, rather than the widespread stereotypical image of unhoused people.
