The 18th-century doll’s house once owned by Sara Ploos van Amstel-Rothé (1699, Amsterdam – 1751, Halfweg) is one of the museum exhibits. Sara was a rich lady, and doll’s houses were her luxury hobby. The doll’s house contains nearly a thousand miniature objects. You might even see a pet in one of the rooms! Can you spot it?
