On foot

The Frans Hals Museum is a 20-minute walk from Haarlem train station. From the Grote Markt, take the Grote Houtstraat to the Gedempte Oude Gracht. Turn left. The second street on your right is the Groot Heiligland.

By car

Houtplein and De Kamp car parks are a five-minute walk from the Frans Hals Museum. If you have a mindervalideparkeerkaart (blue badge permit), you can parkfor free inany disabled parking space and in any general parking space. This permit isn’t valid in multi-storey car parks.

By bicycle

Your best option is to leave your bicycle in the Tempeliersstraat cycle parking (Fietsenstalling Blauwe Tram). It’s only a few minutes on foot to the Groot Heiligland along Houtplein and Gasthuisvest.
